Welcome, I’m Hung Tran
After a lifetime of helping others through Western and Eastern healing modalities, Dr Hung Tran founded Sovereign Health, a consulting & mentoring service that harnesses the deeper drivers of healing and transformation. Through individual or group facilitation, we seek to strategically disrupt the mental/emotional framework underpinning disease and limitations and actualise your innate well-being and capacity to heal and thrive.

After nearly three decades working across Western medicine, acupuncture, Daoist Life Nurturing arts and meditation, I founded Sovereign Insight to share what I’ve come to know: that lasting healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken - it comes from fixing what’s broken - it comes from recognising what was never broken to begin with.

FOUNDER & PIONEER
Dr Hung Tran
With over 25 years of experience in the field of human health, healing, and transformation, Dr Hung Tran qualified as physician from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, Imperial College, London, and served as a doctor and GP in the National Health Service (NHS), before becoming a physician and teacher of Daoist Acupuncture and healing arts.
He is the founder of Sovereign Health, a consulting and mentoring service designed to facilitate change in the most impactful and meaningful way. His vision is to share simple, universal and empowering truths behind human flourishing and well-being with everyone.
Dr Tran facilitates transformation for individuals and groups through one-on-one mentoring, articles, workshops and collaborations.
