Welcome, I’m Hung Tran
After a lifetime of helping others through Western and Eastern healing modalities, Dr Hung Tran founded Sovereign Health, a consulting & mentoring service that harnesses the deeper drivers of healing and transformation. Through individual or group facilitation, we seek to strategically disrupt the mental/emotional framework underpinning disease and limitations and actualise your innate well-being and capacity to heal and thrive.
After nearly three decades working across Western medicine, acupuncture, Daoist Life Nurturing arts and meditation, I founded Sovereign Insight to share what I’ve come to know: that lasting healing doesn’t come from fixing what’s broken - it comes from recognising what was never broken to begin with.
Whether you are navigating a health challenge, a life transition, or a quiet sense that something deeper is possible, I am here to help you find your way back to yourself.
My approach works by creating the conditions for genuine insight - not with strategies or willpower - but the kind of deep shift in understanding that changes everything, naturally and lastingly. This is a three step process which I call the Space, the State, and the Spark

I have been involved in the field of human health, healing, and transformation for nearly three decades. I qualified as a physician from St Mary’s Hospital Medical School, Imperial College, London, and served as a hospital doctor and GP in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS) before becoming a practitioner and teacher of acupuncture and the Daoist healing arts.
In 2020, I founded Sovereign Insight, a coaching, training and mentoring service to share a simple, universal and empowering understanding behind human flourishing and well-being.
I work with individuals, groups and organisations through one-on-one sessions, workshops and collaborations.
