Cancellation policy
A place on the training is not guaranteed until written confirmation has been provided and a deposit payment or advance full payment has been received.
If you wish to cancel your registration for any reason once confirmed, the following conditions will apply:
No cancellation fees will be incurred if you
a) Transfer your place to another delegate at least 30 days prior to the start date
b) Transfer or defer your place to another training of similar type and cost at least 30 days prior to the start date.
If neither of the above apply
Registrations cancelled more than 30 days prior to the start date - 50% of the fee paid will be refunded.
Registrations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the course start date - no refund will be issued.
Participants electing to pay by deposit and installments agree to pay the full training fee. Installment payments will be collected on the dates shown on the installment schedule, which will be provided once your acceptance onto the training has been confirmed.
No refunds or partial refunds will be given after the commencement of the training.
Cancellation by Medical Alternatives Ltd
If, owing to exceptional circumstances, the training has to be cancelled or re-scheduled by Medical Alternatives Ltd before the start date, you will be offered a full refund or, if you prefer, the option to transfer your registration to another training of similar type and cost where available.
If owing to government regulations, in-person events & educational programmes are prohibited at any time during the training, Medical Alternatives Ltd reserves the right to reschedule the weekend dates and/or complete the remainder of the programme in a virtual format as necessary.
Please understand that these measures will only be considered as a last resort if no other alternative is possible.
Recordings & Copyright
Medical Alternatives Ltd. reserve the right to record any part of the training in any format, and all rights to such recordings will remain the sole property of Medical Alternatives Ltd.
No other recordings will be permitted unless previously agreed in writing with Medical Alternatives Ltd. All training materials are copyrighted and are for the sole use of participants in the training program.
